This is a measurement of how quickly you can blow air our of your lungs in one single breath.
Often used by doctors and health professionals to help diagnose asthma.
Cardio vascular exercise increases the volume and efficiency of oxygen transportation in your lungs.
I use this apparatus as a guide to give me a starting point with my clients and view the progression throughout each month and year. It’s also a way for us to control how my clients are maintaining and developing their exercise rescheme each month.
